Our operating team has considerable experience working as Community Organizers, Team Leaders, Training Officers for Community based Organizations in water shed projects, Tree based farming, Biomass, Organic farming, Promoting Bio-mass, Total Sanitation Programmes and rural development projects and have implemented various projects at Government, and Gram and Taluk Panchayat levels.

Vishwanath manages the microfinance portfolio at MYA. He has over five years of experience in identifying credit needs, apprising loan proposals, Sanctioning Loan Proposals, managing team, Loan Monitoring, training, operations and branch profitability, community mobilization and capacity building of leaders and staffs, coordinating livelihood initiatives, social security, facilitating counselling of members on conflict resolutions in projects of Asian Development Bank and the World Bank and various other government organizations.

Prasad is the lead manager for projects related to our microfinance, dairy & healthcare verticals. He has over five years of experience in admin and project management with SKDRDP.

Gurudatta has over 24 years of progressive experience in Administration, Finance and Accounts with Pharmaceutical, NBFC and Manufacturing Companies. He is a pro-active and results oriented with broad experience in all aspects of tax, accounting, audit and financial management.

Gurudatta has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Mysore University.
